I would like to say that overall, Juan has done everything that I had asked him to do. I had initially hired him to redo my 30 year old rental apt bathroom. Considering the fact that the bathroom was soo nasty to begin with, the outcome was better than I expected. Then also had him repaint the entire livingroom. He finished that in half a day including the popcorn ceiling. Also helped me fixed up some uneven tiles on the backsplash of my kitchen. Everything was done in less than a weeks time. His prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely be calling him for all my other handyman required jobs! Only 4 stars because there was a couple of things that wasn't complete. We replaced the bathroom door but since old apts like mine have weird door sizes, he had to saw the side and bottom of the door and the edges were left raw and not too straight. Also, there was a handle bar attached to the back of the shower wall, he resealed it with caulking but forgot to smooth it out. I had to cut it off and redo it myself. Juan is a very polite and professional handyman. Loved that he sent pictures of finished work to show me since I wasn't always around. I already have recommended him to multiple friends and relatives. Thank you!!

I hired Konstantinos to paint my living room + foyer (white color for main wall and red as accent wall). It took two days in total to finish the painting. I like the fact that he was on time both days for the job and layer out drop clothes to protect the floor. The paint was beautifully done and looks quite amazing. I'm quite happy with the color. Though he could be more careful with my furniture, I found some minor paint spots on my couch and floor, but I cleaned it up. The price was fair. Overall the experience was satisfactory.

Daniel works good he painted living room, bedrooms kitchen trimmed and doors, closet excellent job finished all work in time.rate is not so high.correct time in morning to come and continue work his two helpers work hard he start my house painting on 23rd May 2016 and finish 26th May 2016.

Wellington was excellent!! We closed on our house on Friday, he came and quoted us on Saturday and he painted the entire house on Sunday. He was on-time, quick and extremely professional! He also refinished our kitchen cabinets. We came to see his work on Sunday, paid him and let him finish up and lock up on his way out. When he wasn't satisfied with the finish on the cabinets, he contacted us to come back 2 days later to fix it. We had already paid him and he could have just left it and moved on, but he made sure we would be happy with the end result. I have been raving about him to all of my colleagues and my parents will be hiring him for some work in their house. His prices were very reasonable! When we are ready to put some color on our walls, we will definitely be calling him again!! We couldn't be happier with his work!!

Steve did faux finishes on two bathrooms. The first had to be done as a result of a leak from the apartment above and the other we choose to have done since we were not happy with the original paint job and Steve's prices and quality convinced us to hire him fo this additional work. We are very happy with the results. He worked quickly once he got started (after a few delays upfront for a variety of factors). We would certainly recommend his work.

I'm not a homeowner who hires many professionals, I prefer the DIY route. However, as Dirty Harry once said: a man's got to know his limitations. I've been working on finishing a basement room and I got to the point of taping and applying joint compound. Up to now, other than having an electrician make my connections to the breaker box, I've done everything myself. From past jobs I have done, I've had to admit to myself that I was always less than satisfied with my final results in doing such work. Not that anyone else probably noticed but I did... I tend to be a perfectionist. So I decided to bite the bullet, swallow my pride and hire a professional to hand this task over to. Jon from Wheel House was the only bid on my Thumbtack project but I never felt pressured to use him because I knew I could have done it myself or hired outside of Thumbtack. I'm glad I didn't do either of those things. From the moment Jon promptly showed up for a free estimate, I suspected he was exactly what I was looking for: a trustworthy professional who took pride in his work and possessed the skills to complete what is essentially an art form of home improvement. We negotiated a fair price, he showed up every time exactly when he said he would and he completed the project beautifully within the tight schedule I had given him. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and Jon turned out to be a great, courteous, and respectful guy. The next time I know I'm in over my head on any finish work I will definitely give Jon a call and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of the work he does.

Roofing whole house over existing singles. Very happy that we chose PLSMN Improvemnets. Dennis and his crew were outstanding. Excellent job at a fair price. Dennis is an utmost professional that provided great customer service. He was the second contractor that we called in for an estimate to fix a leak in our 10+ year old asphalt single roof and he gave us options and suggestions so we could make the right decision. He rearranged his workers schedules to make sure that our damaged roof was taken care of right away to prevent more damage before the next rain and then finished the job over next couple days. We felt extremely comfortable working with him from the start and he made ABSOLUTELY sure that we were completely satisfied before he finished. I rarely post reviews but felt obligated to do so in order to recognize his outstanding work and for other customers to make the right decision and choose Dennis and PLSMN for their roofing needs. This was the best experience that we have had with a contractor in many years.

We hired Joe to build a two story addition to the rear of our home from start to finish these guys were great. These guys are very professional well prepared and they pay close attention to detail. My wife and I are very happy with the work they did, we highly recommend them.

Al was courteous, extremely knowledgeable , prompt and went above and beyond my expectations. His helper was very hard-working and polite. They were very neat and cleaned up after they finished. I can't say enough. Price was good. I even hired them to do some work at my daughter's house. I am going to use Proline again.

They removed and discarded a large four-piece sectional and a three-piece wall unit. They arrived on time and were finished in thirty minutes. Wow. I was impressed and will definitely hire them again.
