- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a one on one consultation with you and your pet to address any issues you may be having with your pets skin and coat. Whether your visit is recommended by a vet or strictly to make your dog look cute we have a variety of medicated and every day shampoos to help you address any issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our groomers have extensive experience in pet first aid, nutrition, and hands on grooming. We attend yearly seminars and trade shows that come to our area. Unfortunately, there isn't a license process for groomers in any state and we are hoping that NJ will be the first state to set the standard. Grooming should be regulated and we are advocates for that.
