Latest Review: Before I started working with Steve he did a 2 hour evaluation by taking body measurements, testing my flexibility and strength. Based on those results, Steve tailored my fitness program just for my needs. I love the fact that Steve is a multi-faceted instructor and my workouts can vary based on how I feel that day. We have incorporated Qi-Gong, Yoga, Cardio, Strength Training and Massage into our sessions. His positive attitude and great stories make our sessions fly!
