I am always taking continuing education classes to make sure that I'm aware of new developments in the massage and bodyworks field and to refresh older skills.

I'm a results oriented therapist. My goal is to to assist in restoring balance and well being. A consultation before each treatment will ensure benefits and assist in reconnecting your mind, body and spirit.
