Introduction: I think what sets 4th Quarter apart is that we don't just build players, we build people. We strive to instill tried and true methods of success in not only athletic performance but in everything we do. The kids! Working with children and watching them grow into successful adults is by far the most rewarding experience we can have as people. It's what we strive for as human beings, I think. We all want to have a family and teach our kids what we wish we knew back then. Ha! Seriously, when we get a chance to make a positive impact on another person, then we're doing right by the world.
