Laurie, Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure working with you.
Bill was great to work with! He went through the house with a fine tooth comb and explained everything perfectly for 1st time home buyers!Nov 10, 2017VerifiedBill B.'s reply
Hi Crystal, Thank you. It was a pleasure working with you.
Bill and his team arrived promptly despite the fact that we had an early weekend appointment. They did a very thorough job in going through the property and gave me detailed explanations at the end. The inspection report also arrived in a timely manner. When I purchase my next property, Foundation will surely be the first inspection companies i call.Jan 31, 2017VerifiedBill B.'s reply
Hi Yvette, Thank you for your review of Foundation Home Inspections. Bill
Bill is very thorough. I have little experience with home inspections, but his report seemed thorough and my realtor agreed when he read it. Bill was friendly, on time, and I feel he was a good choice for the job. He provided his report quickly.Sep 15, 2016VerifiedBill B.'s reply

- What types of customers have you worked with? Most of my inspections are for home buyers. I can also perform commercial inspections, pre-sale inspections, and warranty inspection for new home buyers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure to ask a lot of questions from any potential home inspector: - Did you take a 140 hour certification course? - Are you a licensed home inspector?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I wish my customers knew that all states are different in the way they manage the home inspection industry. Some states like New Jersey require an inspector to be licensed. Other states such as Pennsylvania do not require a license.
