Bill was great to work with! He went through the house with a fine tooth comb and explained everything perfectly for 1st time home buyers!

About this pro

My work stands out because I am very thorough. I work had to make sure my customers know as much as possible about their new home. I enjoy educating customers about the home that they will be purchasing. Each home creates a different challenge and no two homes are ever fully alike.

    Q & A

    • What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my inspections are for home buyers. I can also perform commercial inspections, pre-sale inspections, and warranty inspection for new home buyers.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to ask a lot of questions from any potential home inspector: - Did you take a 140 hour certification course? - Are you a licensed home inspector?
    • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers knew that all states are different in the way they manage the home inspection industry. Some states like New Jersey require an inspector to be licensed. Other states such as Pennsylvania do not require a license.
