Latest Review: I have been training with Meredith since October 2015 and have seen better results in that short period of time than I ever have on my own!
I'm intimidated by the meat-heads at the gym, pushy 1:1 training sales guys but was still committed to finding a way to get fit and healthy! I am a 30-yr old female who has yo-yo dieted most of her life, been stuck between 170 and 190 (size 10-14), and only 5'5" which, is not healthy or satisfying at all.
When I found Meredith, she was professional from the first moment. She listened to my goals (even my past shortcomings and current struggles), talked through my nutritional habits, and did my measurements.
She is not only knowledgeable in all things fitness related but she is very thorough in creating workouts that fit my challenge my body while remaining aware of its weak conditions/medical limitations- e.g. torn rotator cuff.
Meredith is super friendly and great to work with but, probably most importantly, she takes the 'excuse' factor out of working out! How accommodating is it to have someone come to your home and push you to do what we often cant commit to doing alone consistently, adequately, and safely??
Definitely recommend her! (you wont regret it!)
The price is right, the sessions fit my crazy work (and social!) schedule, and the routines are always challenging and changing to help me get stronger, more fit, and motivated- not bored!
