Mike is absolutely unbelievable. I have known and worked with many experts in this field, and nobody even comes close to Mike. His ability to troubleshoot an issue, coupled with his demeanor, make him an A++ resource. He took a problem which was very complicated (essentially a failed hard drive) and was able to install a new drive and fix the issue with no difficulty. His communication the entire time was excellent. I was very nervous about recovering the data from this drive, and Mike made everything easy. His prices were incredibly reasonable as well.
