- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To renovate the bathroom, kitchen, finishing an incomplete space like a basement or attic, is a specific value, depending on the size and any obstacles that may exist behind the walls. The price could be with or without materials and that depends on our agreement. Can I get an hourly rate for small feats, example: color, light, plumbing, electric light. Also, in jobs that paid by the hour, never Bill a one-off amount to come to your place, despite only just the hours that I worked
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always ask meeting with the customer on site, to discuss in detail what he wants for his work, and what he wants from me.
