What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as a Certified Personal Trainer, I am required to maintain and renew my certifications every 2 yrs. that include Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillators (AED.)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am passionate about working-out. I have worked with friends and family for sometime, and finally decided to pursue my passion as a Personal trainer.
