I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
I have attended Maria's yoga classes on a weekly basis for almost a year now. Coupled with being a very kind and patient person she is extremely professional and gives excellent instruction. She is genuinely intuitive and adapts her practice to suit the needs and capabilities of every individual in the class, ensuring a great overall experience for everybody. Highly recommended.
I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!
Dina was very fun and easy to work with, schedule with. She made herself very flexible towards my due date. I loved getting a combination of yoga/Pilates in my prenatal work out. Dina keeps changing things up to prevent you getting bored. I would like to see her again but my baby keeps changing his schedule and it's impossible to plan things well. Maybe, in the future. I do think that my classes with Dina made me strong enough for labor and after.
Nicky was extremely attentive and intuitive when working with me and gauging the type of experience that would benefit me most. My level of yoga experience was that of a novice, yet she knew I could push harder and helped me to escape my comfort zone relatively seemlessly. It was awesome to be able to have her come into my home and work with me on my schedule. I definitely recommend her and her services!
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
I've been working with Meredith for a few weeks for Beginner's Yoga. I have a chronic shoulder issue and was afraid that yoga could exacerbate it but Meredith has been excellent at not only working with my limitations but also with helping me get stronger. For a long time I've been entertaining the desire to take Yoga classes, but I was very insecure about my level of fitness so I never did. Lucky for me, I contacted Avi and with his knowledge, technic, and much more importantly his no-judgement disposition and fierce cheerleader attitude, I took the first step to what I hope is a complete fitness makeover. Avi exceeded my expectations.
Taylor is the best! I've been doing yoga for years and have had many different teachers but I really connected with Taylor's style. Rooted in a deep holistic knowledge of the body, Taylor's classes are well designed to address specific points of pain or injury. She also does a wonderful job at making you feel at home, without judgement or pressure. Just the right amount of movement, stretch and rest.
Danny is incredibly knowledgable about the physical postures as well as philosophy of yoga. He created a safe space for me to practice, release, be myself, and breathe.

Leigh has gone above and beyond to help me on my terms and with my goals since we started working together in March. She has coordinated with my physical therapist to make sure everything we do is best for my body. I have never gone through a yoga class feeling this great. I used to think pain was gain, but Leigh is teaching me better habits. I am already feeling stronger in these few months, and achieving new feats I hadn't imagined for myself. I learn something new from Leigh every time we meet. I am a yoga beginner and wanted to try a more personalized experience. I was worried that I would not be able to do a lot of the poses but Mackenzie worked at my pace and found poses that worked best for me and my level. She is awesome and I would highly recommend!
My personal yoga session with Hope was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very responsive to my requests for preferred pace, offering wonderful adjustments in each pose. I was left feeling perfectly stretched, challenged, and refreshed in all the best ways.
