Ageed to travel out of their normal service area job after completion of the pre-scheduled appointments which were about two weeks out because local repairman weren't returning calls. On the scheduled day I received a call and a text with the repairman's picture and arrival time. On time, repaired our Samsung stove top and was out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Working with Mr. Appliance was great! They got back to me so quickly and I was able to get an appointment very fast. My washer stopped dead in the middle of the cycle, full of water. Tomascz was very knowledgeable and capable. Also funny. The circuit board was fried, and the washer is 10 years old, so I opted to get a new washer, especially because he told me what was going to break next, and the status of other parts. The new washer was the same price as the repair would have been. I was very pleased with their service. He was also able to drain the washer. And he gave me some advice on my refrigerator too! I will definitely call them again.

Rob (owner) and Tom (the tech at my house) both over the top. Rob started a dialog right away... Because I thought the problem was something specific. He troubleshooted with me via text and a phone call. He also directed me to how i could possibly save money, which, his suggestion worked out 100%. No question a good company, customer oriented. Very happy and satisfied.
