I had a very good experience with Mr. Appliance for issues with my washer and dryer. The tech that came out, Burt, was very personable, thorough, and explained his thought process on everything. In addition he was upfront that he could work on something but it might not fix it and could still make for a dangerous situation. I’d say my only complaint is that to have the diagnostic done and my washing machines pump blown out cost $300+.

Ageed to travel out of their normal service area job after completion of the pre-scheduled appointments which were about two weeks out because local repairman weren't returning calls. On the scheduled day I received a call and a text with the repairman's picture and arrival time. On time, repaired our Samsung stove top and was out the door in less than 20 minutes.

The repairman sent by Mr Appliance was nice, however he advised he had never serviced or repaired a Bosch Electric Cooktop/all info about cooktop was given when appointment was made, since he never serviced a Bosch/he didn’t take apart to assess what was wrong with it/he calked Bosch 800# Only!!,so I called the office and wanted to know how long he was with company and was advised 6 months/I requested they send someone with experience with BOSCH COOKTOPS,,to look at my cooktop, & show me problem and then order a Part as needed!!/Paid $126.88 for Nothing,,they rescheduled and sending repair man with 20 + years experience
