Raul could not have been better during our special wedding day. Supreme professionalism, calmness and he accommodated not only me and my wife, but our families and bridal party. Traveling from NJ to various parts of CT (hotel, church, reception, back to hotel, etc.), he arrived earlier than expected to avoid any traffic on a Saturday afternoon. He basically made our day so smooth and stress-free- and he made it all about us! Yet, when he needed him for anything or a last minute hiccup, he was promptly there ready to help us. What was so special about Raul and his company was that he went above and beyond- not only was the price affordable (weddings are expensive), but he gave us life tips on the importance of weddings and family. He reminded us to enjoy the moment because the day flies by, and what's most important is each other, not anything else, which can get lost when there's so many moving parts on I would HIGHLY recommend Raul and his services for ANY event, but for your wedding day you MUST use him. Professional, courteous, funny, RELIABLE, and grace describe their services. Raul, thank you again for making our day truly magical and adding in a few touches (red carpet, champagne, music, etc.) to make our families feel just a little more special. You rock!!

We hired RPD Executive Coach for our limousine service for our wedding. We also used them for our shuttle service between the hotel and our venue. We setup Limo service through a meeting with Raul who ended up being our driver that day. Everything from the beginning of the process to the actual wedding day went perfectly. Both working with Raul as well as RPD was an extremely smooth process. The day of the wedding, Raul was excellent the entire time. We had a long day with multiple stops and Raul was great for the entire thing. He was super friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend him and RPD executive again. Thank you again to Raul for making our wedding day go smoothly and adding a special touch to our special day.

Raul was great!! He picked us up right on time and got us to where we needed to go on time also. When we were ready to go home he was right there to bring us home. The ride was great. The Infinite truck was awesome!! We showed up in styling!! Great night and will definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable.

Although Raul and I did not get a chance to do business I believe he handle our conversation very professionally.. I had received his quote to late and already booked with another limo company however if I would of received his quote sooner he would of been my choice based on his professionalism and price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Limousine service prices are usually either hourly rates for a "Wait and return" service or a flat rate for a "pick up and drop off" service. Make sure you compare "apples to apples" if/when comparing me to other companies. Make sure your hourly rates start and end at your pickup and dropoff points, and not from service provider garage to garage!!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always enjoyed driving and when I got married 22 years ago, I finally decided I wanted to try this line of work and I never looked back! :-)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide transportation service for weddings, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, anniversaries, "night out on the town" and/or just about any reason for one to celebrate in style! Bottom line, I strive to provide outstanding services to each and every one of my clients in the same manner that I would expect someone to treat me!
