Andy and Taras make a good team and the overall experience was very good. Taras explained the problem and the options very well with my heater very well. Taras did a very good job and left me worth detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect in future. He also gave me options of the make of a new heat pump if I chose to buy be in future. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would call them again if a need arose and recommend them as a good company to get the job done.

Responded within the time period, as soon as he arrived, he got right to it. very knowledgeable and also educated me as well, made a few recommendations, that I will most definitely take into consideration. New Air Tech was very quick in sending Dan to fix our problem with our thermostat. The technician Dan Moran is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue and fix it fast. Very happy with their service. Definitely recommend them.
