I have been training with Dewayne for the past three months and within that time frame I have lost 18 lbs. I recently had a baby via c section so I had to wait 6 -9 months before I was cleared to get back to any intense work outs. Dewayne was aware of my fitness goals and physical limitations. He worked with me to tailor the exercises my abilities. After a few weeks of training with Dewayne I started to feel stronger and more energetic. His workout style is intense but well calculated. For me he incorporated a lot of full body excerises and intensity training which really helped me to achieve fast results. As a new mom and a first time mom at that I didn't have much time to train once or twice a week but Dewayne made sure that our training sessions were effective, he even created a workout plan for the days we did not meet. I have received many complements on my weight loss and it has even inspired my co workers and friends to begin work out regimens. Dewayne is a real professional he was always dedicated to helping me get back in good physical shape. He was consistent in our training schedule and is truly invested in his clients. I highly recommend Dewayne he is a dedicated fitness professional who truly cares about his clients.
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
Hi My name is Ellen Rhonda has been training my daughter, who is blind, for about 13 years. Not only is my daughter in great shape because of Rhondas' working with her, but she also got her to stand up streight and sit up streight, this was not an easy task. Rhonda has also become a social outlet for my daughter, as she has few friends. I don't know what we would do without Rhonda in her life. You should see her body before R and since R. She looks and feels great and fees good about herself. Everyone should have Rhonda to get them in shape.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! I have trained mixed martial arts with Evis on a regular basis. His teaching style was very hands on and he gave me excellent tips on my form and technique. I highly recommend training with him if you want to excel at MMA.

Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.

Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I did 3 training sesions with Frankie 2 years ago that changed my workout compleatly. With diet and new workout routine I lost about 15 pounds. Frankie really took the time to show me how to correctly lift and build muscle. Later I bought several sessions for a friend who was working hard at the gym but could not achieve his goal. Valerie Graham is the best thing that happened in my life. I have been training with her for 3 years. Her training style is incredible. She has a great passion for fitness and is superb at what she does. A trainer who listens and makes you feel you are heard and handles you with great empathy and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and effective and also very kind and just a joy to be around! Every time I workout with her, it feels like its the first time all over again, that is the kind of dedication she offers.
