Brought in my computer and it was repaired in a few days. But after discussing some upgrades I was advised that due to the age of my unit it was not cost effective. My choice was to use the repaired unit as is or replace it. After asking about my use and needs for my computer I was given a quote on a new custom built unit that included transferring my documents and pictures from the old unit. I felt the price quote on the new unit was very reasonable and purchased the new unit and am VERY pleased with it. The cost of repairing the original unit was reasonable but because I opted for the new unit I was not charged for it.
