Highly recommend! Nicole is gifted and knowledgeable in what she does. I came to her with some mental health issues I was dealing with. She took the time to hear me out without judgement, teach me about myself in ways I didn’t think were possible, and gave me info about what I should be adding to my life. I got a medicated oil foot massage, a chart of foods to eat, and a full body stretch. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel better. My mental space was clear within a hours. Now I have something to follow because I understand myself better. I will definitely be booking again
