She was on-time, friendly and accommodated a few off-collar hors d'oeuvre menu requests. She explained the dishes as she served them and even threw in an additional appetizer for good measure. The only minor drawback is that she had another even scheduled right after this event, so people felt a little rushed during dinner and dessert. I'd work with Ellen again in a heartbeat. Recommended? Highly.

Chef Chris catered the New York City Food and Wine festival for my company and to say he hit the mark is an understatement. His outgoing personality right off the bat made the overall experience absolutely incredible. He was sincere in his work and in his responsibility to get the job done. The food was beyond epic. He had this amazing appetizer that was out of this world called the Perfect Bite. And let me tell you--it was more than perfect! It had to be one of the most amazing things I have ever tasted. It was perfectly smoked crispy prosciutto, brie cheese, and granny smith apples. The combinations of flavors were mouth watering. I, along with everyone else at the festival kept on coming back for more. It was such a hit! His staff was also extremely professional and did such a tremendous job getting the food together. There was never a moment someone was not at our booth trying the food. The feedback from my team and reactions from the people at the festival were overwhelmingly wonderful. He was such a great advocate for my company and I cannot wait to book him again for another event. I truly cannot say enough about this guy.
I found Bacco Caterers on Thumbtack. I was impressed with the five stars and the reviews, so I contacted Chef Lauren to begin to see if she was the caterer for usand was she ever! Joyce and I wanted to include our friends and family in our marriage anniversary celebration in our Brooklyn home. We are novice Open House hosts and Lauren advised us re details we would never have thought of, including in our menu selections. Her staff, chef Amanda and sous chef Laura, created freshly made hors dhoeuvres in our kitchen as the party occurred, superb finger food that was varied, interesting, and delicious! People, including us, loved it. The servers Karen, Tony, and Kevin, and bartender Elroy were unobtrusively attentive and friendly to our guests. Our party took place on two floors and the yard, and the staff kept the food appearing and the empty glasses disappearing with seeming effortlessness. Many guests commented on how comfortable they made everyone feel, contributing to the general sense of joyousness. In spite of our request for no gifts, or perhaps because of it, many of our 50 guests brought flowers. As soon as I was handed the bouquets, Tony would appear and would arrange them in vases I had directed him to when flowers first arrived. I was free during the whole party to visit with my friends and family. I, who am not a party-person, enjoyed myself fully during this celebration, and I am grateful to Chef Lauren and her staff for the many ways (including a fantastic clean-up) they helped make that possible. Chef Charly did a fantastic job catering a dinner I hosted at my home for 20 people. He cooked several delicious French dishes, delivered them on time and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
Chef Wayne arrived right on time, with the prepped ingredients. He cooked up an amazing four course meal: Appetizer: Seared crab cakes with corn salsa Second course: Pork belly tomato chutney Main course: Surf and turf - Grill rack of lamb sauté shrimp roast potato sauté asparagus curry mango sauce Dessert: Chocolate mousse cake Everything was done up to perfection, and the plating was a delight too. I used Tamara for my engagement party and she was fantastic! I had about 60 people and we started with passed h'ourderves during a cocktail hour in one room (she provided the staff and a bartender). While this happened she was setting up the buffet dinner in another room. She let me know when it was ready and then (timing was flawless) we moved into the second room for dinner. My friends and family raved about the food, which included gluten-free and vegan options as many had dietary restrictions. We had a French theme as I had gotten engaged in France and Tamara worked with me on a French menu, including a delicious chocolate-hazelnut crepe desert with fresh berries. She was totally on-point with timing, presentation, and professional execution, including proactively handling things like insurance with the building so it wasn't a hassle for me. The reason I initially chose her was because she was more reasonable than the other bids I received for caterers in New York but she offered identical services to what they had proposed and she went the extra mile the day of the event. I will definitely be using her again and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I am still receiving compliments on her food and the friendliness/professionalism of her staff.
Adolfo and his over the top staff catered an event for us. We were very pleased with how fresh and tasty everything was from the appetizers to dessert. The staff was incredibly on point from the minute they arrived. Last but not least the communication was excellent!!! We will definitely do business again. Thank you so much for making everything look so easy and elegant.
We hosted a casual party for co-workers at our home with a pizza truck providing the main course. Luisa DeCicco Event Planning provided a salad, chips and guacamole and shrimp appetizer. Luisa and her staff were friendly, courteous and prompt. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We will definitely use Luisa DeCicco Event Planning again!
Tyler bartended our dear friends' engagement party - and he was excellent! He quickly whipped up a fabulous signature cocktail with ingredients I had around the house, and it was a huge hit. He even stepped in to help me finish up some last appetizers, offering helpful suggestions and proactively finding his way throughout the apartment to make sure our guests were well taken care of. We will absolutely be using The High Life Productions in the future.
Peter and his team were absolutely amazing. Not only was he great at communicating with me prior to the event, but he also offered many delicious options for the menu to ensure there would be something for everyone at my party. The team was on time and very respectful of the staff and the space, putting together a lovely set-up with flowers (!) that made the event feel that much more special. The food and drinks were delicious. My personal favorite were the pulled pork sliders and mojitos, but everyone raved about how delicious all of our appetizers were. Peter even sent a special plate over to me (the host) to ensure I'd have a chance both to eat and sample his delicious menu. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of him and his staff throughout the night. They were just so thoughtful and professional. I would (and will!) absolutely hire Peter and Creative Table Catering again in the future. My friends were also very impressed by him and the value of the services he offered at my event. In a city with innumerable options for caterers, I would highly recommend Peter for any event you have. He made my special night a celebration to remember.
We celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary and hosted a cocktail party for the occasion with approximately 50 guests. We hired Kulinary Kings to prepare an assortment of hors d'oeuvres that consisted of beef, chicken and seafood. In addition to dessert. Chef Gregory Evans prepared the food to perfection. Everything he prepared was so delicious. The chicken salad on gourmet black pepper cracker and the filet over sweet potato was to die for. Our guests are still raving about the food and service. He arrived on time and immediately started preparing the food. We also had two servers and one bartender. They were all professionally dressed. Our guests were very impressed and appreciative that they wore rubber gloves when handling the food. The Servers were very professional and attentive ensuring that everyone was okay. In fact, my husband and I never had to look for them, as they were always there ensuring that we were okay. Very friendly and sweet young ladies. We had a signature drink "Bohemian" (chambord, peach vodka and champagne). The Bartender wasn't familiar with this cocktail but was very eager to learn how to make it. She worked with me to get it to perfection. Our guests loved it. She was also able to make and keep up with whatever drink requests our guests had. She did not become overwhelmed by the number of requests...very friendly and professional. We will definitely hire Kulinary Kings for our next event and request to have the same young Ladies accompany him...although we're sure that his entire staff are just as friendly and professional as the three young Ladies who worked our event. We are so happy that we chose Kulinary Kings. Awesome job! Carl & Diane
carol did a fantastic job catering an event for my non-profit organization! she was easy to reach and great at communicating with me. she donated an appetizer to our event as we are a great cause working with young adults with down syndrome. The food arrived on time, stayed hot and was delicious! we had so much extra food too thank you so much carol
Dave was amazing! We hired him for our wedding that we had at home with 40 guests. I can't believe he was able to make such an abundant buffet of appetizers that was also absolutely delicious. His crab cakes were amazing and disappeared in a flash. I was actually upset I only got the chance to have one! His hummus and eggplant was so good we were digging around for more leftovers. The meatballs stole the show and in second place was the cider braised bacon. People were eating well until 2 in the morning! He was also so helpful in helping us set up the food. I don't think that's necessarily part of his job but he saw that we were a little stressed trying to get everything ready before the ceremony. My Made of honor wasn't even dressed yet and he helped her move our kitchen table into the dining room! Really a great guy who takes pride in his food and in his services. Dave was also very good about getting back to us, answering questions and making sure we had a nice mix of appetizers to please all our guests (even the kids). He was very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him because you will feel reassured and I feel he will only give you his best.
I often attend events catered by OpenSkies Hospitality. Their food is always f r e s h and the presentation is beautiful. A v a r i e t y of delicious hors d'oeuvres are served. Also, some traditional and some very unique dishes which are followed by delicious desserts suit any taste. Chef Albert and his Staff are true professionals and provide a great quality service.
Our daughter's shower, rehearsal dinner, post wedding refreshment hour, wedding reception, and the renewal of my husband & my 30 year renewal of vows was all catered by Brenda and the wonderful team of "Celestial Touch". Now what's amazing about all of this was not simply that the food at all the events was absolutely flavorful, fresh & delicious but each menu was inherently different-salads, light dinner, appetizers, signature drinks, full course dinner, desert bar with chocolate fountain. The food was presented beautifully, was graciously served, and was absolutely delicious. Brenda & her team promised that all would go excellently and through their prayers, diligent work, and love of what they do, each event was a marked success. Book them for your next event, you will be absolutely delighted!
Doris catered my small wedding dinner. Doris and her daughter were fantastic! They arrived exactly on time and had delicious appetizers ready for us shortly thereafter while we all got ready. We were able to leave to go get married on the beach and we left with confidence that we would have a great meal upon our return. Doris had our first course of refreshing lemon sorbet on the table within minutes of our arrival. The rest of meal as well as their outstanding service and attention that they paid to us and our guests exceeded our expectation. All in all we had a great experience using Doris and wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others. Planning was also super easy as we were able to plan a menu through a series of email exchanges and brief phone conversations
I had planned my bachelor party to be in the Hamptons during October. This was my first time out there and had no idea where to start. I definitely wanted to have a special dinner with my friends while still keeping it affordable. We were a group of 13 people. My friend recommended using F.I.G. Catering for my event and I’m so happy they did! From the beginning, Nick was so responsive and helpful. I didn’t know what would be good for this type of event and he had a ton of recommendations. He even offered to do something special and custom for my event. He made the set up process very easy and worry-free! Nick arrived promptly on the day of our event! He came prepared with an assistant to help him set up and work our event. Nick got to work immediately on our appetizers. He freshly prepared all of our delicious appetizers in the kitchen using fresh ingredients. We were able to socialize and enjoy the house while our food was being prepared. They would bring out our appetizers one by one and showcased each item on beautiful plating. I felt like a true King! For our appetizers, we had butternut squash crostinis, tuna poke. Chicken and waffle bao buns, grilled pear wrapped with jamon and the miso smoked halibut. Each appetizer was fantastic! It felt like there were freshly prepared at a 5 star restaurant. My guests keep raving on how fabulous it was to hang out and get served delicious food! Nick did such a great job at spacing out our meals. Shortly after eating our appetizers, we had the delicious shaved Brussels and fennel salad. It was chopped and prepared to perfection! Who would have thought a salad could be so delicious! We also had a wonderful pasta course. Some of us had the penne with grilled chicken and eggplant and some had the lobster tortellaci. Both dishes were excellent! For our entrees, we had a bunch of great options! Some of us had the seabass , Salmon and hangar steak. Being the bachelor boy, I got to taste it all! All of the entrees were so delicious! To top it all off, for dessert we had a doughnut with ginger ice cream. This was the perfect ending to our incredible meal. Overall, I would give Nick and F.I.G. Catering an 11 out of 10! Nick’s professionalism, responsiveness and work quality led me to having one of the best weekends of my life! I would recommend using him and F.I.G. for any event!
I picked Cornbread26 2 days prior for a last minute Mother’s Day Dinner and I’m So happy I did! I could not have asked for anything more. Claude and Craig did an extraordinary job. I was a little skeptical picking a caterer just from searching online and I had a combination of concerns. My family members are diabetic and have high blood pressure so cooking with certain ingredients was huge for me while keeping the flavor for others. I also had children coming to join and wasn’t sure if the food would be kid friendly but the food exceeded my expectations along with my family. Everything was delicious and tasty. Their food was the highlight of the night. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them for my future events.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and could not believe the attention to detail that their wait staff displayed. They were on point with everything and my glass never went empty. The whole staff was very nice and very professional. Especially the bartender . I chatted it up with him for a bit, made really good drinks and was a real friendly guy. Now, the food was outstanding! I really enjoyed the gorgonzola stuffed babybella mushrooms amongst all the other delicious dishes. I had a chance to meet the owner Renee after the dinner while everyone was dancing. Not over exaggerating at all, they were probably the kindest people I every met. SUPER COOL, totally humble, and they even gave me food to take home. I would recommend RSVP to anybody and everybody that wants their party to be a success!
John Paul delivered the food himself insuring that I didn't serve the wrong sauce with the wrong appetizer etc. and brought everything I would need for serving as well as consuming. He was very professional, charming and the food was delicious. Thanks!
