The project was to find a professional resume writer who could create a resume and cover letter for a retiree with 25+ years of experience to apply for an administrative part-time position. I believe the comments below speak for themselves. First reaction, "WOW”. I really wasn't too optimistic that she would be able to take what I provided her and craft it in such a way to get so much information into 1 page. Of course my expectation was an improvement over what I provided, but she really took it to another level; I was amazed! To have someone who truly understands ... respects my feelings is absolutely priceless. Max was a delight to work with. He tutored my son for 2 years when we were in Shanghai, China. Our son was in middle school at the time, (7th and 8th grade) and he needed help in getting organized and concentrating on his school work. I interviewed Max and selected him because of his warmth and engaging personality. He is also a writer and, at the time, our son was really into drama and creative writing so we thought that would inspire him. Max was so patient with our son who, at times, could be exasperating. Max would just roll with it and find a way to re-engage him. I don't think our son would have done as well as he did in school if it weren't for Max. Our whole family loved seeing Max, including our housekeeper who got a kick out of talking with Max in Mandarin. We highly recommend Max! He was sensitive to our son's moods and figured out how to motivate him, he was always punctual and very reliable.
