It is unfortunate that this customer waited over two years to submit a negative review, I did call Donald, I asked why he waited this long, he apologized, said he should not have done this after so long. I advised Donald, I guarantee the work, if he was unhappy with the service, he should have said something, at this point, I can not fix it. I am really not sure of what his complaint is all about, we do not tidy we clean, and we did clean. I would also like to say that I have many customers that I have had for over two years, they have no problem with the service. I have had (Rarely) a customer call me and tell me something was missed, I would offer to come back and fix it or to give a discount, the customer was happy with this.
This customer had a lot of clutter and excessive dust, she was asking the cleaners to move furniture and other things, I had to tell her that that is not what we do, however, we did move some of the things and do extra things for her. When someone is continuously asking you to do what you are not suppose to do, I would have to tell her, that's not what we do.
Your feedback is very disappointing as we value all clients and strive for and do provide excellent quality and service to our many valued customers. Your review does not take into account the excessive clutter/trash in your residence which impedes the efforts of our crews and which we have made every effort to address with you directly so we might be able to continue providing service. As we explained and in accordance with the terms of our contract, our residential cleaners do not provide for organization and excessive trash removal. Due to the near deplorable conditions of your home, we have been challenged to provide our standard of service. We have also repeatedly addressed safety concerns with you, including, lack of removal of snow and ice on the walkway of your home. We are truly sorry that you have had a negative experience and we would respectfully request that you hire a company to provide some organizational support and trash removal prior to hiring another residential cleaner to avoid future disappointment.
