Introduction: I offer individual and couples' counseling. I provide emphasis on improving communication towards better and safer intimacy in relationships. I also offer exploration of gender-related attitudes as they apply to coupledom. I do not offer a one time counseling fix. I am experienced and licensed in hypnotherapy as adjunct to relational therapy and for developing as well as improving self-soothing techniques in dealing with stress.
