- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts offered to parties of 8 or more and for recurring events (daily or weekly.) Food and travel expenses (tolls and parking) are not included in the fee. Custom pricing such all-inclusive options also available and negotiable according to preferences and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone or in person meeting for introduction and to assess details to establish initial prep list. Follow up consultation upon completion of each step when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years high end restaurant experience; multiple chef apprenticeships; over 4 years private chef/concierge experience locally and internationally
