Hi Mary I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to write back to you yet on Saturday as you said you were not going to be home at the time. You then said after 4 During the week would work. I’m sorry you feel this way . I also only canceled 2 time and it was due to rescheduling since one job was running late and the other job being a emergency I had to finish. We do emergency services as well and when a water pipe breaks and floods a basement it becomes a priority over other none damaging jobs. I would have been able to come today as we are actually off. I appreciate your time.
