Mike is a very friendly and down to earth guy and made the entire process of hiring an accountant for our business very relaxing. I was introduced to Chris Ross at the perfect time. I was looking for skills to improve a toxic work environment, my networking efforts, and maybe pursue a job change. We had a great introductory meeting, which was free. During the second meeting we discussed three areas of work/life that needed improvement. The third meeting's agenda was changed to prepare for a very important business meeting that could go three different ways, and would impact the future of my job. In the work meeting I was told the company was going through a large restructuring and I was let go. Luckily, I already had a meeting planned with Chris that evening. He helped focus my efforts, organize my time, and was a calming voice on an emotional day. The conversation that evening, in addition to our weekly meetings since, has resulted in a very productive month. My network has grown, I had productive dialogue with past and new connections, and had many interviews in the subsequent 4 weeks. I look forward to continuing my work with Chris on this and other areas we discussed in our first two meetings.
