Found a contractor for life. Appointments were easy to set and pricing was transparent. A true professional. No job too small.
Being unable to use the kitchen sink can be a nightmare and waiting for it to get fixed can be even worst. Getting same day service and having the problem fixed so quickly is definitely a reason I will continue to use BlueKrait Drain & Sewer for all my plumbing needs. The price is reasonable and Rob was such a pleasure to work with very respectful with your time and I would recommend them for all plumbing needs.
I can’t say enough how great of a experience this was. I have hired many contractors over the last 20 years living here and I can tell you this was the best. Not only was the work fantastic but the guys actually cared about our home and cleaned up after each day of work. The quality of service was great 1. On time each day 2. Started job on the actual day they said they would 3. Cleaned each day 4. Job priced right 5. William Dever kept me in the loop about everything 6. The workers were fantastic and professional Please don’t hesitate and call Adad construction.
One of the best contractors I've ever hired. I will definitely call Nick for any plumbing needs in the future. Real nice and professional guy!
INSPECT AND ANALYZE WATER/SEWER BACKUP IN NEW HOME My son and his fiancé own a new home in Fishtown. They paid in excess of 500k for the home and took possession at closing in January 2016. This is their dream home and represents a major financial commitment on their part. Since they took possession and ownership, their basement has flooded on two separate occasions in less than 6 months. As a result of the first flooding, the new flooring in the basement was damaged and now needs complete replacement. This expense will be borne by my son and his fiance. In addition, their worrisome concern about the prospect of future flooding has also led to capping the plumbing fixtures in the basement until some kind of fix can be achieved. This means the basement toilet and shower will not be usable for an indefinite period of time. On both occasions a significant amount of rain fell, so there may or may not be some question whether the combined sewer/waste water line that runs under their street was overly taxed by an unusually high volume of water that fed into the sewage line. However, the question of backflow of water into such a new house also raised a significant question about the adequacy and workmanship of the home's newly constructed plumbing system. In an effort to investigate the facts concerning the builder's performance, I reached out to Josh at Solution Based Plumbing on an early Sunday morning. That same morning, as he headed into church, Josh told me he would make himself available to look at the situation later that very morning! I honestly could not believe that he would make himself available to assist me on such short notice. When he arrived for the inspection as promised, he looked around, explained his preliminary findings, and recommended that he do a camera test of the water lines to assess and evaluate the situation. He made clear he would call the situation as he found it, and that he would not come to any adverse decision about the plumbing if his findings were simply "marginal" for poor installation. Two days later, and as scheduled, Josh performed the camera test. He viewed the inside of the plumbing lines carefully and explained to my son and me what he was looking at as he went. He found two significant builder's performance issues in the water line leading out of the house to the street. He carefully detailed his observations and findings and explained their impact on the drainage issue and their contribution to the backflow my son experienced since moving into the house. He said he would follow up with a written report of his findings, and he proceeded to do so within 24 hours after leaving the house. IF EVER my son needs to deal with plumbing-related issues that the builder refuses to address under his warranty, my son (and I) will not hesitate to call Josh back for assistance. There are several reasons I can say this without hesitation. Josh is competent, well spoken, polite, professional, objective, responsive, and honest. He and his company provide a level of service that is uniquely reliable for customers who are looking for fair, honest and reasonably priced solutions to their plumbing problems. His wife, Stacy, provides tremendous administrative support to complement Josh's hands on involvement. This company and its owner/operator is the real deal that customers in need of plumbing services are looking for. Josh and Stacy fully acknowledge the importance of customer focus in delivering a vital service to the public, fully consistent with their statement of ethics which you can view on their website. Thank you Josh and Stacy!! John
As a landlord with multiple properties in Philadelphia, I have found that virtually ALL previous contractors have failed in at least one of the following criteria over the past decades: honesty, reliability, competence or affordability. This is my first experience with Ellal. He came to one of my properties to solve a plumbing problem, solved the problem correctly, provided a decent price, and came within the time he said he would. In addition, he pointed out a serious problem that a previous plumber had left me that was about to cause me a terrible expense if not corrected immediately. He again fixed that problem economically, quickly, and properly the next day. I am hoping that we will be able to use Ellal again.
Needed a basement finished that was started by another contractor. Work included drywall, taping, etc., some framing, floor repair, door and trim installation. Sam got it all done in less than a week at a fair price. He recommended a painter and a flooring man and they should be done in another week. Sam is a good guy and the quality of his work is fantastic! Would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.
I called on July 4th not expecting anyone to come out on holiday to fix my ac unit . Peter came out was highly knowledgeable told me exactly what was wrong and how much the repair was going to cost . I was worried about using thumbtack for something major as my ac unit because I wanted to make sure I was hiring a licensed HVAC professional not a handyman with a general license I have had bad experience in the past using a handyman for repairs especially in NJ Homeowners insurance will not pay if not a licensed contractor (lesson learned) . I will be referring pete to all my family and friends and will definitely use him again !
They really helped us when we needed it - sewer backup is no fun- they fixed the problem and did a great job.
I hired Kevin to help do some wiring, framing, and drywall so I would be able to mount a tv in a difficult location. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find some creative ways to get around a few unexpected problems he encountered once the wall was opened up. Another contractor I had come to look at the project told me it was no possible and left but now the job is done and my tv looks great with no wires showing.
My basement was toast. Walls were comming down and was in great need of repair along the whole perimeter of the basement . Contacted Sam and he came over to take a look Along with quote. I interviewed 5 contractors and chose him and glad I did. He is very knowledgable with every aspect of a a home. He will work within your budget. Sam along with his workers were always on time and got the job done with no surprises. I Strongly recommend S&K contracting. It will get done!
Quick response. Communicative. Could've accepted Amex for payment but I understand why he didn't. At this point, it would appear he did indeed fix the problem. (My careful wording is reflective of my experience with other contractors - i.e. issue seems fixed for the moment but later on, shows itself to clearly NOT be fixed)
If you are looking for a honest professional technician to hire, All Valley Rooter & Plumbing is the best choice for you. According to my experience I would recommend this contractor because of his loyalty and professionalism. In fact I had a hug clogged toilets (2). After the inspection with camera, Jarred (the plumber) found that all my pipes are clogged because of broken pipes that allowed muds into them. He used the snake to show me the evidence and then suggested to me to replace all pipe. He dogged and I could see the pipes with mud inside. The work was done as planed. We talked about price before he began the work et he is not expensive. He charge me for the right price. After the work done, I wanted to give him a tip because I was very happy, but he declined saying I just pay the good price. I like also he availability and advice.
Rick and his guys did a total gut kitchen reno for me. Kitchen came out amazing and exactly for the price we agreed to in the beginning (which was much cheaper than a lot of the other Montclair contractors). His guys were always on time, curteous and very hard working. Rick was also very easy to work with and I highly recommend!! I’ll definitely use him on other projects in the future.
Great work experience i had with this guys , need my main sewer replace on my basement , they cut the floor remove all the old pipe and install a new plastic pipe , works perfect they fix the concrete nice and level . very nice I recommend it.
I submitted a request for quotes last night. Several contractors indicated interest in our tree trimming job. We went with Lee partly because he indicated he was going to be in the area on another job. He and his coworker did a great job cleaning out an old tree that had significant overgrowth and dead branches. They mulched on the spot and did nice job of cleaning up. My wife and I are both pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Leon. Not only did he do a nice job, he was friendly and personable.
Gus Hardy had the best quote out of all of the other contractors so I went with him and he did a wonderful job would highly recommend
Junior and his team was outstanding . They have redeemed my faith in contractors . He was honest and reliable and his pricing is extremely fair going above his way to do the work in my home and extra . I would highly recommend him and his team .
My wife and I purchased our first house in August 2017 and we needed a good amount of work to turn that house into Our Home. We reached out to several contractors and Eric and his teams work not only looked better than his competition but was under their estimated quotes. We made settlement on August 16th and him and his team met me at my house on August 18th they had completely demolished and redid my entire kitchen. They put brand new trim work around my entire first floor and ran/hung a ceiling fan in my living because there wasn’t one prior. They remodeled my entire hallway bathroom and painted almost the entire house. We were sitting on our couch in our completely renovated home by the end of September. He and his team did such an amazing job that we asked him to come out and do the nursery and play room for our baby. He connected our nursery and playroom by breaking through the wall and installing a barn door. He put shiplap up on the walls painted. Took the closet doors off and framed it all out. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.
The contractor was very nice and professional. What a great service. I will be using this contractor again.
By far the most professional contractor I've dealt with...definitely using this company again..
