- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are top on the line and that why we offer great services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We go to your site depending at your location and evaluate the installation then we give you and estimate where you need to pay %50 deposit before installation and %50 after the installation is done including the labor contract. We provide all materials and configuration and including the security cameras of your choice or the ones we can provide to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have and master degree on security engineering and large background on security camera system with A+ training and CCTV training from the 3 Biggest China providers on security cameras in USA including Hikivision - Sunnel and Annke with and deep knowledge of ip security cameras setup.
