- What types of customers have you worked with?
We build quite a few decks every year, as well as kitchen and bathroom remodels. Replacement windows and doors are a popular item as well. Exterior trim and siding are in demand right now.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a contractor, always make sure you check the following: 1. State License particular to their field of expertise 2. Proof of General Liability and Workmen's Comp Insurance. General Liability will pay for damages to your property by contractor, Workmen's Comp will pay for injuries to contractor and employees. If an uninsured contractor causes damage or personal injury, they will usually go after your homeowners' insurance to pay the bill. 3. Check references! Get a list of at least 10 or 12 previous customers and call several of them. The best advice comes from past customers.
