About this pro
Everyday is different and a challenge. It's fun to be able to help someone who at the last minute realizes they can't do the job by themselves. My company takes great pride in doing a job successfully and receiving complimentary notes and letters from our clients thanking us for a terrific job.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a member of the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association. We are a dues paying organization who can utilize each others services in different parts of the country for our clients. We also meet yearly to discuss industy trends and exchange ideas on how we can assist our clients. There are also monthly webinars where we share ideas and challenges. If you are a member, you are serious about being a professional concierge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?In my corporate life, I was a traveling sales professional gone most of the week. When I came home on weekends, I didn't want to do the day-to-day timely tasks to run my life and home. As a logisitics professional, I decided to find a niche to help busy people like myself to manage the day-to-day tasks and have more free time for family, friends and FUN! Wouldn't you rather spend your time on your passion and interests then doing things like shopping, laundry, fixing the car, and taking care of your home!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Event planning, bartenders and waitstaff, taking care of homes, finding contractors and waiting for service providers, Renovations and supervision of contractors. Internet Research, problem solving, organization, errands, grocery shopping, getting homes ready for inspections for resale or rental, companion travel for those who have difficulty navigating airports which can include the elderly or children. Property Management of estates which are not always occupied by their owners.
