The combination of her well-designed training sessions are challenging but fun and use of online tools keep me mindful of my nutrition choices have been crucial tools to ongoing goals. Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!
I have been working with Phil Nicolaou for over a year now and have seen wonderful results. Phil's education and extensive certifications in his field certainly parlays into his training sessions. He is a caring and challenging trainer. He is as invested in my satisfaction and seeing results as much as I am. The workouts are always different; he uses a variety of workout equipment- all the while strengthening my cardiovascular health and my trouble areas. Phil knows how to get me beyond my comfort zone and challenges me to push myself harder each and every time. Phil maintains a professional attitude but is also FUN! I'd never want to work this hard if there wasn't an element of fun in it. It has been great working with Marcellus..from the beginning he has been very personable ..which for me it very important for me to find someone who I felt like I could trust. He genuinely cares..I have lower back problems which made me a little hesitant at first but I have had no issues in the 2 months I have been working with him. The best part...I started seeing results with in the first 3 sessions! Marcellus is very knowledgeable, motivating and straight forward...which is what I was looking for..I would definitely refer anyone to him!
I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!

I recommend Alex to anyone....I've been doing the MRT semi-private training classes 2-3 times a week for the past month and I love it, I can already tell a difference in my body. The class is only 30 mins which is great but you get such a good workout in that time period.
I had the pleasure of working with Tav in both group and one and one sessions. He is both experienced & committed to helping reach and exceed all possible fitness goals. I started with Tav training once a week, as part of a group class, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into each class. Every week was different, from circuit training to hiit intervals, weights and much more. I was also able to have personal one-on-one session as well! They were equally challenging yet somehow fun and a good variety of exercises. He is supportive and encourages you in a positive way to help achieve all goals that were set. Working with Tav, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with him. Most Importantly: He alway made sure that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries and provided tips and ideas on how to continue to challenge myself. He is reliable and is always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned out for that session. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tav as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is one of the best!
My son participated in youth track under Coach Barr for several years in addition to several periods of individualized training sessions. Under his dedicated guidance and knowledgeable instruction my son consistently placed well in the regional track meets and was selected to run for the varsity squad in his freshman year of High School. Jon is a great motivational and knowledgeable trainer. He has in depth knowledge of kinesiology that gives him a real edge over other trainers. He knows exactly which exercises focus on which muscle groups and how much a particular muscle group can be pushed for each individual to avoid injury. In my experiences with Jon he has always been a focused professional while still building a personal relationship with me that has been motivational and encouraging. He has also given me some excellent nutritional tips. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking to get serious about an effective training program.

Jason is an amazing trainer. From his knowledge about the human anatomy to his approach to training. I was always iffy about getting a trainer and felt like I knew my body better than anyone. Well, wow was I wrong ! He opened a new workout world for me and made me see gains in my fitness where I never would have gotten to by myself. Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. She was always enthusiastic, communicative, and prompt. My positive trekking experience was largely due to Beth's efforts. Her dedication to client's success is genuine. She'll always work hard to help individuals reach their goals!
