Bill was fantastic to deal with on several levels. For one he called me within a few minuets of my posting a need for service. Secondly, he came to my house to look over the tiling job I was inquiring about. The same day within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The tile job was to correct a faulty initial installation from two years back. Essentially Bill was being asked to clean up someone else’s mess. Although he did suggest there was a chance he could not 100% correct it he was willing to take it on. Turns out the original tile installer form two years ago is going to stand by his work and attempt to re-work himself. Let’s hope this happens. In the end or at the moment Bill did not get the job. But I may have be going back to him.
