- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off doing pool work during my senior year of high school doing the construction side of the work during the summer. Renovating an building gunite an plaster pools. My third yr I started with a new company building an renovating vinyl liner pools I did that for 2 yrs an there wasn't anymore room for me to advance at that company. So I started with a new company out of the Wayne NJ area an was with him for almost 10yrs. Now I work on my own with a helper doing all aspects of pool work an renovating work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of pool companies out there now a days and at least half of them are fly by night companies so just please becareful when deciding who to use for ur service or construction work. An don't go giving out deposits to just anyone make sure there a legitimate company with the legit license an don't have bad feed back. Try to stick with a local company someone who's been in business for some time an u see around ur town or even neighborhood working for ur neighbors on there pool
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I've been in the pool business for 20yrs recently with a company for 9yrs I'm trying to start out on my own I'm priced low an do very high quality work an have plenty experience in all aspects of work. Thank you an god bless!!!!
