- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
generally an internal drainage system or french drain can run 50 dollars a linear foot plus the pumps, mold removal can cost 1 to 2 dollars a square foot plus the cost of any demolition and carting if necessary. Asbestos removal work is generally 20 dollars a linear foot for piping and 3 to 5 dollars a square foot for tiles
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out and assess the problem by first looking at the inside of the building, this will tell me WHAT is happening. Then I will inspect the outside of the building this will tell me WHY it is happening. Once I have determined the what and the why I will explain the problem and solution options and leave a free written estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received years of training from leaders in my field in basement waterproofing ,asbestos removal and have been certified in mold remediation assessment, cleaning and safety protocols
