Working with Allison was like working with a friend, that easy! She patiently worked out what I wanted for my daughters first birthday party. We did the Enchanted Forest theme in an outdoor location in NJ. Allison curated a perfect Fairy land for my little fairy princess. She took care of all the tiny details, from decor and planning, coordinating with vendors and also planning on the day of the event. We parents and friends were so relaxed and were able to enjoy the party with Allison managing everything on the floor. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for professional event planner for your private events.

Wow! If you are debating whether or not to hire a “Day Of” coordinator, look no further and call Allison. We live in Atlanta, the Rehearsal Dinner was in Florham Park. I needed help way ahead of time to help get the plans going. Allison was a dream to work with. She was always patient with me as I didn’t really know exactly what kind of atmosphere I wanted. Allison gave me choices that were hard to choose from because they were all great! Once I chose the basics, Allison took the hem. She did all the legwork/ aka all the worry! Everything was absolutely amazing and all I had to do was show up. I literally dumped bags of decorations at her feet on Friday morning and she said, “when you step into the rehearsal dinner, everything will be perfect” She was not kidding! Allison was my ear throughout the process and then she was the ultimate creator. Not only did Allison handle all the big stuff, she handled all the little things like a pro, because she is! At the very last moment, we learned of a food allergy. Then 2 out of town guests arrived after the food was put away and she had meals built for them - one of those guests is a diabetic . We really needed help and Allison was just perfect. Not only was Allison a huge help throughout the entire process, once the actual event began, I was caught off guard at how at ease I was. She stayed til the bitter end, then cleaned everything up. After traveling hundreds of miles, packing and unpacking cars, 100% of our family all arriving from out of town, I didn’t have time for anything to go wrong and it didn’t. Hire Allison- big party, small party. She will take care of you and then you’ll find yourself on Thumbtack writing a review just like mine!

    I have fair fees and am happy to work with each client to find a plan that fits their budget and event needs.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve been working in the events industry for 7 years. I started in events working on the events team for the National MS Society. I have worked for several companies since doing events ranging from large non-profit fundraisers to dinner events featuring speakers and birthday parties.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked primarily on non-profit and corporate events but have also worked on smaller events from time to time. I am looking to move from larger corporate events to more intimate and personal events.
