I contacted Mr. Appliance. Was called back within the hour. They were able to make an appointment for me, next day or so did a service call, ordered my part for my stove, gave me an anticipated time for the part to come in and called for the installation appointment. They explained the plan, did the repair and that was it! I appreciated their response time, professional attitude and good work ethic. I will refer people to them and will call them in the future if I have any other appliance problems.

I want to thank Dave and his Team for a WONDERFUL job... WELL DONE!!! Dave, personally, came to my home in an effort to provide a complete and efficient repair for my washing machine. Dave was friendly, efficient, affordable, and professional. Dave is extremely knowledgeable regarding his servicing of appliances. I learned more than I knew before he came out to my home regarding my appliance and how to care for it. Dave did not charge me a service fee... in an effort to maintain a professional relationship based on my misunderstanding of the scheduling of his calendar. I HIGHLY recommend Dave and his Team. I am a HAPPY CLIENT... BACK TO DOING LAUNDRY!!! Thanks again Dave... for everything. I will keep your # in my contacts for future repairs.
