John responded so quickly to my request, explained next steps. I had a furnace not blowing hot air. Showed up quickly as promised identified the problem, replaced the parts and resolved my issue. Very satisfied the way he handled the problem. Highly recommended.

Elite Repairs responded to my inquiry within 5min and were onsite within an hour. My store (The Raw Squeeze) was without heat with the temperature outside at 7 degrees. They were able to put in a new sensor/igniter and get to store temp up extremely fast, allowing my employees to get back to work in a normal work temp setting. Truly appreciated!!!!

Thank God for John. He came to through for us on Xmas Eve. All the sudden we had no heat. He was nice and came out late to check it out. He was a professional and explained what was happening. He was very responsive and came back to install new parts. I recommend him and will call again for all my furnace needs.
