I told him I have one full month to achieve some very specific goals. I hadn't worked out for 3 months prior as I was busy with work so the training sessions with him were to get me back in the gym and focus on achieving my goals. We did 4-5 sessions/wk and by the end of the 3rd week I had surpassed my goals and could clearly see the difference. The best part was that I got back into shape which gave me the motivation to continue working out even on vacation (this is usually pretty hard to do). Training with Yorddy has been beneficial in more ways than I expected, even if it's just to get that initial push to get you back to the gym regularly before you start working out by yourself again. The best part is that he doesn't let you get away with excuses not to go, you're kind of forced to show up. If you skip a session or slack you eventually have to pay in the form of sweat and exhaustion (battle rope exercises as punishment quickly ensure you don't skip workouts in the future). Anyway, I highly recommend Yorddy either as a long term trainer or even to help jumpstart your return to the gym. I have been training with yorddy for about 7 months now. I started because I wasn't happy that I had put on some weight and was not exercising regularly. What a difference life is now! I lost 7kg and can do things I never thought I would be able to in the gym, as well as being able to run 12 miles! I have got into a routine of training before work, and it's the best way to start my day. My confidence in myself has improved as well. Training with yorddy is always challenging and fun and he really pushes me to do better. I am lucky to not only have yorddy as my trainer but also a friend now, I can't recommend him enough.
