During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.
I hired Charles to help a cancer survivor get back some strength and conditioning. He was able to motivate his client while being professional and friendly. He is very creative while working in a home setting. He is always prompt, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Sage is awesome! I have signed up for gyms before and gone for two weeks and then stopped, but with Sage since I have an amazing trainer I have a higher commitment level. I haven't missed a session yet and even ask my trainer for extra workouts I can do at home. My workouts are different everytime, my trainer is encouraging and makes the session fun. The rest of the staff is nice and friendly, and they all seem to genuinely care about the people they train. I would recommend Sage to everyone whether you're a seasoned gym goer or brand new.
Anna is a wonderful person and so personable. She listens to your goals that you want to achieve by a certain amount of time. She also pushes you to be better within workouts during the weeks. Very professional and highly recommended.

So, it was important for me to work with someone who could constantly adapt my workout and diets to account for the changing environments. Rafael scripted workouts for the gym, when I was home; for free weights when I was in a hotel; even plyometric/bands when I was off on a cruise. At the end of it all, Rafael taught me how to nourish and train my body so I can always maximize the results of any program I pursue.

As a retired athlete and already established fitness addict, I was beginning to run out of new challenging exercises for my strength sessions. I wanted to build more muscle but without compromising my cardio training. Keith gave me a whole new approach to try with much heavier weights and slower movements with a lot of plyometrics thrown in. He goes through diet breakdown in great detail too, and other lifestyle factors. It’s refreshing to see a trainer taking an attainable approach to their client instead of what they think is best!
Gillian is great motivator who never failed to push me to failure. Over the course of my training she whipped me into phenomenal physical condition. Her regimen included a healthy mix of weigh training, plyometrics and stretching which excellerated my progress. Just make sure you bring your A game, she won't settle for anything less!
Emma's a wonderful trainer! Enthusiastic without being overbearing or pedantic. Attentive, knowledgable, focused, engaged, and, most importantly, very thoughtful about her mission to get you fit. She really has an intuitive sense of what your body needs, where you're at physically, and how much or how little you need on any given day. And her workouts are definitely not your average workouts! Each day the exercises are very different, not only different muscle groups, but workouts for different goals (stamina, strength, tone, etc). One day you'll be mixing up cardio and strength exercises, the next you'll be doing slow-burn stamina exercises with periodic blasts of boxing. Compound exercises, isometrics, plyometrics, kettle balls, bosu balls, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, skipping rope - she'll throw them all at you. Never, ever monotonous. After two years of training with her, I'm still discovering different ways to engage my body, still becoming more aware of my fitness level on a more holistic level, and I love that! She's pretty nice too. (though telling her that won't get you an easier workout. I tried!) She'll push you, she'll nudge you, she'll will you into better shape. And you're going to love it. The best.
