I liked his professional demeanor. He resolved my sump pump problem and his advice resolved a window well problem as well. He also sloped and re-installed the gutters to eliminate leakage behind the gutters which caused water stains on the siding. it is to soon to rate this procedure since the leakage only occurs during heavy downpours . We haven't experienced a heavy downpour since the work was completed. I liked his work ethic and concerns about total customer satisfaction. I am waiting for results on the gutter sloping and re-install and if it didn't correct the problem what he will do to fix the problem? I believe in "getting what you paid for". I feel he is an honorable contractor. He will stand by his work.

Had an emergency sewer back-up in the basement. Drainers&Co was not only the first to respond, but also the only company available in the late hours of the night (1:40am). This was a serious emergency! I had flooding in my basement, sewer waste and all... it was a nightmare. They snaked out my line, deodorized and cleaned my basement from waste. I did not even have to pay in person. They sent me a confirmation via text and I paid by card. Really convenient and reliable. I highly recommend these guys. Anyone who comes out within the hour, provides services pass 12AM on a Friday, should highly be considered.

Raymond is a professional boiler mechanic and knows what he is doing. Our furnace was short cycling and Raymond figured out that the furnace was set to such a high temperature that it caused the water pump to shut off. Raymond lowered the temp on the furnace and also let out the old air and dirty water from the furnace. Raymond solved the problem and gave us a great price.

Austin has been our plumber for years. He's honest and exceptionally hard working. One of the jobs was a replacement of a water pump. It was a very difficult job and he stuck with it until it was it was beautifully done. Everything was neat and clean when completed. A work of art!

I'm very happy with the work Joe has done for me. He installed all of the bathroom and bar equipment in my basement: urinal, toilet, sink, bar sink, ice machine and pumps. Nice work, was there when he said he would be and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Hey there everyone, I just wanted to share my experience working with High Tech! The past summer I hired them to complete a brownstone façade and stoop restoration. Initially I hired another company to repair the façade and stoop but unfortunately, they did a horrific job! They used all the wrong products, there was so much discoloration that was apparent. I hired High tech to do a complete restoration project and it was best decision I had made. They not only undid what the other company had done but went above and beyond to restore my stoops using the products as per LPC! I am one satisfied customer.

I had an ongoing problem with water seepage in the corner of the basement. I had it repaired by a contractor who recoated and insulated the outside of the area which did help the situation, but the problem persisted. Bob Desopo suggested installing a pump and presented a very affordable proposal to alleviate this problem. The installation was made early this year and was completed on time. The results have been excellent I no longer have to worry about checking the basement for water seepage as there have been no problems whatever. My only regret is I did not have Mr. Desopo do the job years ago.

Nationwide Plumbers did a great job on a recent issue at my home. I have a steam boiler with a small loop of hot water baseboard heat for the addition portion of our home. The small loop would not prime as I was getting my system up and running for the cool season. We just bought the house so it was our first time getting everything set up. Shawn from Nationwide Plumbers explained everything and provided plenty of helpful insight. He is willing to share his knowledge as he goes through the job. He came out on a Thursday evening around 8pm. He thought it was an easy fix (just a bad circulator pump), but it turned out it still would not prime. He then re-piped the entire set up in less than an hour. That is great if you have to pay someone by the hour. Even after that it would not prime. At this point it was midnight so he called it a day to do some research. The next day when I ran it, It actually primed right away. It could have been an air bubble or something preventing it, but Shawn returned on a Sunday evening to install some new valves to bleed it easier. All in all, he is a fair plumber with the knowledge to get jobs finished. He isn't the most expensive plumber, but he will not be the cheapest either. We will be using him again in the future. Highly recommended - Thanks !

Anthony did a great job on our basement. He installed a water driven backup sump pump. Installed new drywall, tile, lighting, and a toilet to turn our washroom into a half bathroom. Anthony was on time, clean, and took time to explain what he was doing and what options we had. His pricing was fair and honest. I would definitely use Lasting Impression again for home repairs and remodeling.

During a whole house renovation, Ray installed a pex water system, tank less hot water heater, sump pump, moved a gas line, installed 7 sinks, 3 showers, a bath tub, 3 toilets, a washer and dryer, range, dishwasher, 3 drain vents. He did any plumbing task we asked him to do, without direction and at a very competitive cost. I highly recommend him because of his responsible work ethic and honesty.

Excellent contractor - very knowledgeable, ethical, and reasonably priced. I hired Do Lot Construction because I had problems with my sump pump discharge hose freezing and clogging, and they fixed it so it would never happen again. I have many more projects in my 90-year old house, and I would hire them to do them all. Extremely happy with this find!

We are Sump Pump Repair Long Island, and we can fix any sump pump problem in the area. We also offer competitive sump pump installation prices. If you have experienced basement flooding problems and you don't already have a way to remove water, our sump pump installation costs are worth the investment. Why Do You Need a Working Sump Pump? We are from Long Island, so we understand how the weather here can cause problems for homeowners like you. We all have to deal with heavy rains and melting snow here, and excess water from these storms can easily flow into local basements. If you don't have a sump pump to remove this water, it can cause costly damage. Even a little water can cause mold to grow. Repairing mold damage is also very expensive, so our sump pump installation costs and sump pump repair costs are a good preventative investment.
