- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in alignment with industry standards. However, I am very flexible on pricing based upon the status of the client's current resume and requirements. For example, if the customer already has solid resume but wants an updated format and just a little updated information added, then it will be a lower price than if I have to develop full resume from the client interview. So I am very flexible and will work with ALL customers on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the business is established, I ask for the client's existing resume, if they have one, for review and then I set up a brief call or meeting to discuss their new career goals, timeline, and requirements. Then once I get started I keep in constant contact with the customer throughout the entire development process as customer service is the key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Technology Management. Have over 10 years of experience writing, editing and proofreading resumes, cover letters, CVs, LinkedIn profiles, as well as proposals, contracts, SOWs, etc.
