for me, there were several things that were important in this party. The food, obviously! but also the guidance and planning that is a part of a party. We did a casual wedding for 120 ppl at a difficult location, under very challenging conditions. Ellen and her staff were very limited for setup time, so more time would have let her set up all the grand ideas that she had. There were points during the planning where I felt Ellen was more exited about the affair than I was! she was that invested. She worked closely with me, guiding me throughout, ready with ideas, keeping me focused to give me the best value possible while developing a vision! We wanted an elegant and eclectic brunch ,with lots of variety but keeping it to a reasonable price point. I look forward to working with her again, maybe I'll cater Passover this year!!!

I hired Angel Waitress service to be staff for my wedding on 7/1/17 and I am very happy I did. Nancy was great leading up to the event, and even though she didn't staff herself to work that day, she still came to make sure everything was OK. I loved that she said she takes pride in her work and that really shows. The woman who worked the event were great and I would certainly hire this company again. We worked with Katherine Fonsella from DeCicco events and cuisine and she was WONDERFUL. We were planning a pre-wedding dinner for about 100 people in the Tarrytown area, but we live in Northern California. We did not know any venues or caterers or suppliers. Katherine helped us find a great, unusual loft venue, arranged all the decor, tables, lighting, and set up the catering from DeCiccos. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, everything went off perfectly. We are so appreciative of all that Katherine did to make our event wonderful!

I hired Anastasiya to be the day-of coordinator for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This woman is a superhero. My wedding had a million tiny details to attend to (it was a very DIY wedding) and only 2 hours of set-up time and I don't know how she did it all but she just pulled it off perfectly. Every single detail, she nailed, and the wedding went more smoothly than I ever thought possible. She was super responsive, incredibly organized, punctual, kept all my vendors in check, went above and beyond in everything she did, and was just a truly kind and wonderful person to work with. Adrienn is my hero. I ordered a dress online and was surprised to find that the "built in bra" was just two floating cups between two layers of lace. I contacted Adrienn and she agreed to help. Rather than fix the weird top, she is building a completely new one for less than the alterations would have been. She has been great to work with. As a plus-sized bride there is always trepidation about dealing with fashion folk. She has been warm and non-judgemental and I think she will make me look beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend her, her studio in NJ is lovely and personal and worth the drive.

Professionally, Brittney is a talented wedding coordinator. From first contact to the after-party, she was organized, effective, and completely trustworthy. After getting to know her during our month-of calls and meetings, we didn't think twice about any of the day-of details under her care... she knows exactly what needs to be done, and gets it done. And then some. She is fully equipped to solve problems independently, or to collaborate effectively across all the other other vendors. With so many moving pieces in a a wedding, you want someone like Brittney to keep everything moving smoothly. Also, as complete wedding novices, my husband and I really appreciated her willingness to offer candid advice when needed. On a personal note, Brittney is a grounded, genuine person. Remember that your coordinator will in charge of navigating you forward through some of the most emotional moments of your life. Brittney was a completely welcome presence. She keeps the event on track logistically and for the guests, while always remaining sensitive to your needs as a couple or individual. She is just an all-around awesome person.

Lamide was hired in January to assist me in coordinating my June nuptial. Regretfully I had to cancel my wedding however through the process Lamide was an absolute God sent she took over the role of assisting me in returning a lot of the items that we had purchased for the wedding. She did not hesitate in keeping in contact to make sure I was okay. Prior to me calling off my wedding Lamide was instrumental in me getting great deals on my linens and decor I had to purchase. She kept me informed on great decoration options based on her understanding of my vision for the wedding. I will highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her if I even plan on having another event.

SO, I always dreamed of having my wedding at the Chateau Briand in long island and when i called they gave me this ridiculous price for the day. I decided to get an wedding planner because i assume they know how to talk to this venue places. I was reccommended by my friend who worked with k.f.events. When we first started speaking and meeting she gave me a few different options of venue, but my heart was set on the Chateau. I dont how she did it but they was able to give me a better price and we immediately booked the venue. my wedding was amazing. she had send me this link to write a review and with honor ill write a review.

    May I begin by saying this lady right here does it all . Not only does she organize parties, she bakes , decorates , and she is also a MC. She literally made my baby shower worth wild within a budget . She isn’t money hungry at all . I told her what my budget was, gave her my ideas, she also added her own ideas which was great and of course since I had pregnancy brain at the time her input was beyond helpful . I don’t normally believe in party planners because I always have that “ I can do it myself “ attitude but when your actually sitting down and trying to get your thoughts together and u just have a brain fart, you become discouraged and then have that” I don’t even wanna have this event anymore “ you need someone like Dawn who keeps you stress free at all times . Again Dawn thank you so much for my beautiful baby shower . I will be contacting you back again for my wedding plans ( if i ever get married 😒😒)😂😂

    • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
    • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you.
