I loved the communication and professionalism in the beging of the project. They were on time and I was super happy with what I saw. The project was done somewhat to my expectation and on time. However, after the project finished a few things had been discovered and needed to be changed. While we also had discussed other projects in our house I was hopeful that they will finish the flaws when they would Come back for the other projects... I never got hold of them again after they received the check. In the beginning I was thinking Ruth might just be out. But sms, emails and calls for weeks have maintained to be unanswered. I think this is a very unprofessional behavior, as now we need to find another carpenter to finish their job and to fulfill the remaining. I apologize for your, experience, Ruth went into preterm labor and her work load is still being assigned to another estimator. As far as changes, everything was done and explained as to why measurements had to be done the way they were thoroughly.
