- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No menu is exactly the same. Our clients needs and wants vary greatly so all catering menu's are tailored made & priced per the particular special event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st we give the client a Free consultation and discuss the fine details of there special event so that we can give them exactly what they want and need. Next step we finalize the menu and setup a Free tasting for the Bride & Groom or whom ever is coridinating the event. Last step sign catering contract and receive 50% deposit to lock in the date of your event on our calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Arts Graduate of The New York Restaurant School 2002. Formerly Banquet Chef at Marriott Orlando, Florida. Catered events for celebrity clients from NYC to ATL. Reference's are available upon request.
