Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇

Having Rhonda as my personal trainer was an absolutely wonderful experience. She is patient, professional, and reliable. She took the time to understand my needs, and helped me improve where I needed it most. She educates her clients in the process by teaching proper form and informing them which muscles are being targeted with each workout. She is extremely knowledgeable and just an overall wonderful person to work with. Our sessions always flew by because she made the workouts fun and effective. I’ve definitely incorporated her advice in my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend her!

I recommend Katie to whomever needs a personal trainer. She's great and had me do workouts I didn't even know existed. After my first session with her I was sore in places I didn't know could be sore. Katie also has a great personality and actually cares about her clients and about losing the right amount of weight in a healthy way and time period.
I was hesitant to hire a personal trainer at first and Carlos has really helped me to feel comfortable getting myself in better shape and ultimately taking better care of myself. Evis has been my personal trainer for 4 months now and I have seen results in that time. His easy going and has a friendly personality that creates relaxed comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout different, challenging and most importantly, fun! I've learned a lot on kick boxing specially on how to kick properly, the different types of punches and how to block punches and kicks. He knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. I met Judy for our first one hour personal training session this week. Having a neck surgery in my history, and just being generally out of shape for many years, I couldn't be happier with her approach to the workout. She asked a lot of questions and is tailoring a program to my needs that I feel will not only be safe but effective. I've worked out every day since meeting with her and am totally inspired to get back into shape. She's even giving me advice on my diet. Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. Personal training for the family Ed has been the personal trainer of my family for a while now and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has a wonderful personality and helped us not only with exercising but has given professional nutritional advice which has had a great impact on my energy levels. I'm a young mum and after birth had put weight on and had constant back pain; Ed is helping me get back in shape, tighten up the muscles after pregnancy and strengthening my body to help me with back pain. The results have been fantastic as my back pain has gone and I am starting to see my abdominal muscles coming back so it couldn’t be better. Also, he is a fantastic swim instructor for my 2 year old son. Our main aim is getting him comfortable in the water and pool safety training. Ed's great at understanding how to keep a toddler’s attention and our boy is constantly asking for his next swim class as he really enjoys it. We highly recommend Ed; hugely professional always a pleasure to have a session with him.

Kirsten is an amazing trainer/coach. I asked her for help to lose post-baby stomach/fat but she has gone far above that. She employs great and varying routines and stresses the need for balance in your workouts (i.e. not just losing stomach fat) - which I have learned is so critical to re-shaping your body. Kirsten has been so helpful in correcting and teaching me how to perform the correct postures, and also takes time to explain the purpose of each training so that our home sessions can be more productive and efficient in a limited time. I have tried other training at gyms and by watching YouTube/DVDs myself but it was not particularly helpful. But Kirsten is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and much better than other trainers I have worked with at other various gyms and clubs.
I wanted a Personal Trainer that I could click with and someone who would push me at the same time. Chris is everything I was looking for he keeps me motivation going and always has something in his bag if I am having issues with an exercise due to my injuries. I met Frankie at my heaviest after having two kids. I was tired and needed to change for myself and my kids. I hired Frankie as a personal trainer and through his support, knowledge, flexible scheduling, eating habit instructions and motivation, I was able to meet and go beyond my goal weight. I worked with Lauren for a short period of time as I had to move away from The Midtown area but in that time I felt real changes in my health and fitness levels. Lauren is friendly, fun and lovely to be around. Jon is a very knowledgeable and professional trainer. His expertise is extensive and he always gets results! I like that his approach is client based and that he customizes the program specifically to fit his client's needs. He's great even with injuries. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and he's been great working around my injury and helping me reduce the discomfort in my back.
