  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    A believe in life-long learning. This is the only way that one can keep up on all of the most recent changes to laws and regulations, as well as to best serve my clients. Although Realtors® in New Jersey are now subject to a minimum amount of continuing education, I go above and beyond what is required. Additionally, my involvement with the New Jersey Association of Realtors® (I am the 2014 First Vice President) keeps me well aware of all issues affecting home buyers and sellers, as well as home ownership.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In the last 2 years, every one of my clients using my "Two Weeks To Sold!" system has received at or above the list price. Some as much as 13% over the asking price!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that you hire a full-time Realtor® (not just a real estate licensee).
