I take every job individually I don't have a big overhead so I can be cheaper. I try to help the every day gay
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive at customers home on time introduce myself very clean cut neat appearance, assure them I can handle the problem with 38 years experience. I will address there problem ask them if they want a free home inspection in case there are other problems coming down the road they will at least know about them they could get it fixed that day or down the road and in closing I will give them a price on which ever job they want to fix.
