- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate for training and small projects. For larger or ongoing projects, a contract will be provided. Data recovery service is a flat $99 fee, but only chargeable if I can recover all or a significant portion of your data. I also offer a 10% discount for: -- Senior citizens (age 55+) -- Veterans -- Veteran families -- Students -- Charitable organizations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is different, but generally, after the initial contact, I speak with the client on the phone to assess their needs. After we have discussed the issue, I will set up a service visit (on-site or via Citrix's GoToMeeting) to resolve the problem. If additional issues arise during the appointment, I will schedule another appointment for resolution. Every client receives follow-up documentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience providing high-level, professional, computer hardware & software support and training courses to US and international clients. I also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University, in Millersville, Pennsylvania.
