I had the refrigerator empty/running and pulled away from the wall. He removed a panel inside, checked the coils underneath the bottom,
showed me the reason the compressor was running continuously, freon dissipated over 14 years . I understood all of it. Best to purchase a new refrigerator. Done !

When our refrigerator stopped cooling I was very worried about losing all my food but the technician was at my house within a few hours. He got my refrigerator working and let me know that it looks like it needs a new control board after he ran diagnostics.

Tomas discovered there were suds in my dishwasher causing it to leak. I was using Cascade which had Dawn in it. I ran the dishwasher as he suggested and switched to a different dishwasher soap that did not have Dawn in it, it now works perfectly with no leaks!
