Latest Review: I was looking for a trainer for a few reasons. First of all, I was still recovering from a broken leg, and didn't want to hurt myself again. Second, I have scoliosis, and wasn't sure exactly what I could do as far as weight lifting goes. Finally, in the past, I've found weight lifting to be so boring! I was hoping if I got a better idea of what to do in the gym, it would be more fun.
Justin turned out to be a great trainer, and after working out with him over many sessions, I can say he has gone above and beyond in addressing all of my concerns. He was also reasonably priced.
He met with me for a free consult initially, which I always look for before I hire someone. He was also able to meet me close to my home, and even for workouts, he was able to be flexible about where we did them.
During the training sessions, Justin always made sure my form was good, and I never got hurt, even though he pushed me pretty hard. (I appreciated that because I wouldn't have done that much on my own.) Justin knows his stuff and he's also just a good-humored, engaging person to be around. Each workout went by quickly. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer!
