needed 4 ceiling fans to be hung and had called various other electrician to get quotes. when we call and spoke with Miguel he happily came by to look at job and gave us a surprising price. after scheduling with him, which he showed promptly and got to working. after job was completed we had other concerns with some outside outlets which were broken and in need of replacing. after he was done hanging the ceiling fans, he happily replaced the two damage outside outlets as well as label our electrical panel to point out which breaker gave power to those outside outlets. once he was done he neatly packed all ceiling fan boxes, cleaned area and took all unwanted trash to trash bins and old ceiling fans to garage for us to dispose of or has he suggested donate to charity such as RESTORE or good will. amazing service, very professional. will gladly use him when in need of any electrical work in the future. glad we found him and hire him to performed the work

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

in todays economy homeowners are looking for inexpensive and fast services. M.S.R electric proudly offers both and we guarantee all our work. The most common jobs requested today are hanging ceiling fans, troubleshooting dead receptacles, power for hot tubs, landscape lighting and unfortunate with the rise in foreclosures we seen an increase in abandon home electrical repairs from as big as redoing/rewiring partial of homes to as little as fixing cut wires or replacing broken fixtures.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

my advise when hiring a licensed proffesional is simple and easy. Please alert yourself and double check their license by asking for it and checking their ID to make sure they match. chances are if they dont match its because they are working with someone else license which is very common due to harsh times. Also please make sure you hire only local companies as phoenix and las vegas have taken a hard hit lots of their tradesman have jump into our state and working with no license of any kind which if hired and down the road you have a problem it will be hard to locate them or worse your home insurance will not cover any damage. many local "true" licensed contractors have adjusted their rates and prices to reflect todays economy. As a licensed electrician i wish i can show you and request when it comes to electrical "PLEASE DON'T" hire handyman. leave the electrical to the proffesional who take pride and have mandated continuing education to keep up with rapid changes within the electrical industry. if any questions please check out new mexico construction division which allows for anyone to check true licensed tradesman licenses.
