The event catered was my mom's 70th birthday. I reviewed at least 3 caterers and Kwench was comparable in price but had the best menu for our taste. Cynthia was very easy to work with and accommodated our options. I took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious! All the guests (55) commented on how well the dishes were seasoned and presented. I believe the food is a focal point of any event it could make or break the success of the event. In this case Kwench exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire them again as well as referring them to friends and family members. Cynthia and her staff of one other person were hired to help me throw a successful party for 60 people. Party was at a private residence in Albuq. They arrived on time at 5pm and left at 10pm. They organized the buffet, filled chaffing dishes, arranged hot and cold appetizers on tables, warmed flat breads and got them onto the buffet table. Bused dishes. In short, they did everything I would have done to keep a party going for a very big crowd. I was free to be a guest at my husband's 70th birthday party. They left the kitchen spotless, repacked all the rented dishes etc and even dealt with a stuffed kitchen sink. Top notch!Apr 20, 2015
